How do I get referred?

If you are already registered with a dentist, your dentist will refer you direct to me.

This means you do not have to do anything at all. I will get in touch with you to confirm that I have received your referral and to discuss a suitable time for your appointment.

If you are NOT registered with a dentist, you may self refer for consultation and treatment yourself.

However, I strongly recommend that you register with a dentist for your routine dental and oral care.

In order to self refer, please email me direct at I will then contact you for an initial chat to find out more about you and your needs. Following that, I will arrange an appointment at a time and location that is best for you.

Why have I been referred?

Your dentist can carry out routine root canal procedures perfectly. However, some teeth require extremely complex treatment. This may be because the roots are particularly curved, the root canals are very narrow or blocked, or it is difficult to access the tooth.

Because I concentrate entirely on root canal treatment, I see and treat these types of difficult teeth every day. I use modern instruments such as an operating microscope and tiny, micro instruments to literally get to ‘the root of the problem’ and make sure your tooth is saved.

Please remember that nothing, not even the best bridge or dental implant, can ever truly replace your own natural tooth.
